Basis for the processing of your data

I process the following categories of personal data about you:

• All data that you provide to me (including data uploaded by you)
• Your IP address
• Browser information, including time zone, operating system and screen resolution.

With whom I share your data

By default, your data will not be shared with third parties, with the exception of BrazenTellurite.io GmbH and our data center provider (both are processors). Purpose: Provision of this service.

Disclosure of data to providers

If you enter into a contractual relationship via this website, your data will be transmitted to the provider and passed on. You can check the identity of each provider via the "provider page". Purpose: Fulfillment of contractual obligations and legitimate interests (see above)

How long I keep your data

• I keep all automatically recorded Data (including your IP address) up to 31 days (longer if there is reason to believe that your data is related to criminal misconduct).
• Data collected in connection with a contractual relationship will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 6 years and for at least 10 years after invoicing (whichever is longer).

Where your data is physically stored

I only store your data on servers that within the European Union Our data centers are located in Estonia, Germany and Finland.

What rights you have to your data

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

• If your personal data is processed, you have the right to request information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
• If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR, provided the data is not stored for archiving purposes).
• If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of the processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
• If you have consented to the data processing or a contract for data processing exists and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Media that you upload

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF/GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the website. The same applies to PDF files.
